Our Rates
As we expand our property management services into this region, we’re offering competitive rates to introduce ourselves to the community. While we bring valuable experience from managing our own rentals, we’re excited to extend our services to others at special introductory rates. These rates are temporary, but we’re committed to honouring them for as long as possible to ensure you receive excellent value while we establish our presence here.

| Member Rate | Those signed up for a 1-year+ property management plan. | 75% of one month’s rent, up to a maximum of $2,000 per unit/listing |
| Non-Member Rate | For clients not subscribed to our Property Management Services. | 90% of the first month’s rent, up to a maximum of $2,500 per unit/listing |
Member Rate: For clients who have subscribed to our Property Management Services for at least one year, the fee is 75% of one month’s rent. The total charge will not exceed $2,000 per unit/listing.
Non-Member Rate: For clients not subscribed to our Property Management Services, the fee is 90% of the first month’s rent. The total charge is capped at $2,500 per unit/listing.
NOTE: The maximum charge per unit/listing is $2,000 for members and $2,500 for non-members.
